On each day you need to fill your salary work report and your task should be aligned with targets

Customer Connect Team should fill the sts form immediately after that  call or video

Min 80% working hours should be completed and will be evaluated by task done on daily basis

Reporting on Whatsapp group if adopted - WFH

Salary will be credited till 10 of every month in bank account as provided

1.5 % Salary will be deducted for Gratuity Act (Provided After Exit Interview)

Min 50% attendance compliance should be there, if not whole month salary will not be carry forwarded

Target Allowance and Incentive  will only be credited after 2 months  duly verified by respective Reporting
Manager. if someone is on notice period, he is not eleigible to claim any incentiv*In case if minimum target not met, you are not eligible for salary credit

There will 2 days fixed off on Monday and Tuesday (Can be changeable as per requirement), If weekly productivity not achieved, should  be work on Monday

In a calendar year, we provide Total 27 Paid Leaves which are -  12 CL(Maturity Leave for Female), 5 EL, and 10 National Holidays

Sand-witch Leaves: For taking leave of Sunday or Wednesday approval must be done at least before 7 days, else Monday and Tuesday will be marked as Unpaid Leave

NOC should be cleared with all respective department
Targets or pending work must be completed

If found any unprofessional and authentic  behaviour it leads to termination of employment without any notice and person will not be eligible to get any salary or incentive pendings

*On Terminnation- Person will not be eligible for experience and relieving certificate
